Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (new releases, holidays), please allow additional time for processing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times

We currently ship within the United States only. At checkout, you can choose Standard shipping ($8.00, 3-5 business days, free on orders of $150 or more) or Express shipping ($15.00, 1-2 business days). Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships and are not guaranteed.

 

Domestic shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Packaging

Sealed product is packaged with care to prevent damage in transit, including corner/edge protection on boxes and cases. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please see our Return and Refund Policy for next steps.

 

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, transit times and delivery are outside of our control. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us through our Support page at rarecandytradingfirm.com/pages/contact and we'll help track it down.

Tracking information is emailed automatically once your label is created. If you didn't receive tracking, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.
